Hmmm...I think you need a refresher course on economic frameworks. Whether communist, capitalist, socialist, etc. doesn't matter.

That's kind of exactly what determines that, actually. Communism has the government controlling every aspect of the economy, so that everyone and their ownerships are equal. Granted no [i]true[/i] communism exists in the world, but I doubt anyone on here could rise to a point of where they would be one of the spoiles few in a communistic country.
