Bullshit... They will announce the road plan when they are closer to the new DLC... Which might be in spring... Thats my guess. Its in the contract that 4 DLCs plus the one big expansion will be released in each 2 year Destiny cycles.

The contract was for major games with one major expansion in between releases and smaller dlcs "as the developer sees fit" or something to that effect.
