Hahahaha, come on dude....you can't honestly believe that the same people asking are the same people complaining. Like any other large collective of people, half agree with decisions and half don't (it's actually a gradient scale too). PS - No one asked for pointless repackaging of the existing grind as seasonal events. People wanted something like Queens Wrath with limited time gear to try and get. The Halloween event honestly sucked. After about 10 minutes of seeing people in the forums pissing away money for stupid RNG packages for purely cosmetic masks (that you cannot use anywhere except patrol) and seeing it was the same pointless grind, I walked away (and so did every single person I used to play with). Right on about BO3 though. I'm sure Bungie was chomping at the bit to lose more players given that only 16% of the people who bought Vanilla bought TTK.

1 RespuestaYour post is rubbish. Vanilla Destiny was better than its current state. Not ALL year one exotics are moving forward. No surprise there, of course they don't want us using Ice Breaker. Halloween 'event' was shit. Rewards were terrible and have no worth. Sparrow racing is a good move, but too little too late. Micro transactions, you are correct on this. You aren't forced to pay and it isn't pay to win.

I'm the problem.... I agree when I want to play something I want to play it destiny has other requirements that many other games don't need (I can play battlefield and be part of a team of 32 strangers playing 32 other strangers without LFG)

Kinda agree, then again halloween and sparrow racing are both made for the money. Community:we want the blue flames back. Bungie:sure you just gotta pay a slotmachine to maybe get a skull. Too bad if you want to keep more than two masks aswell. It's not that hard to guess that there will be one sweet looking sparrow you won't get by playing alone

So let me settle with you for a moment This game has a massive problem of mixing the mmorpg elements and shooter. While pvp is great, I don't have a progression system to give me the satisfaction. So i look else where. (Battlefield, other mmos with ranks, etc) "But you get gear at the end of the match" While this is random on random. And your personal score has no bearing on this, not to mention the lol light lvl stuff will be brokendown anyways, it kinda gets stale fast, like battlefront. Sparrow racing.. Will last what 3 weeks? So tell me, anyone here play defiance? You know a game that started with it. Dont het me wrong it sounds great, but only for three weeks. Events: this is an MMORPGfps. Most if not all mmorpgs have in game events themed around holidays. While it would be mean to expect it, I most definally can say I didn't enjoy the go back to tower get new bag leave tower fill it up... Repeat... As for the cash system, lets express something here. I'd like you to take a nice hard look at SWTOR Cash system and compare. A system like this has a slope and once they see the numbers on who would fork out more cash for that special dance, I pray they don't start selling "glimmer/legedary marks". The pay system is larger then destiny and is most common in EA games and mobas. I personally would love the model if all dlc was free, but why would a company making money off silly things give up money?

Timegated exotics, "events" that do nothing but push microtransactions are nothing to be happy about....they made 75% of end game content pointless with ttk, and instead of actually doing something substantial like say VoG, CE, hell, even prison with updated loot, we get events so people can throw money at the screen for useless cosmetic shit. Greed is the problem, not the people mad because a game already lacking content seems more interested in pushing microtransactions and stretching out an already monotonous grind, than giving the players something real to do. What bothers me is the fact that there is no real content being released, only small pointless things being released when the game has long standing issues and a need for end game content actually worth doing.

1 RespuestaSparrow racing was talked about BEFORE destiny was released, and it came here 3 DLC's later and over a YEAR later too, and the Year 1 exotics and Halloween event where nice little surprises. Anybody who does still play, hasn't been interested with any other game, Bungie dodged a bullet with Halo's release but fell short to Fallout 4 and Black Ops 3, and those games get DLC every so often, so it's only a matter of time until Destiny reaches its high point again and then falls when this set of games get DLC.
