Lol, are you really arguing that a keyboard and mouse (which is an approved accessory on Sony consoles and Xbox) is cheating because you are bad at the game and want something to blame? Look man, I can stream via Xbox one to my computer and use keyboard and mouse or a controller on my PC to play any Xbox game. You don't even need to use the -blam!-ing xim anymore.

Do you not understand that I can click a button on my desktop that will stream my Xbox game to my PC allowing me to use keyboard and mouse? That is a feature that Microsoft put on their console. Is this a hard concept for you to see?
