So I just burned all of my motes to rank up again, and all that popped up was a rocket launcher (the same crappy one that I got from literally each of the last 3 rank ups). So naturally, I'm pretty pissed. But then... My postmaster lights up. The only thing that was full was my shaders menu (just got the last raid armor piece to drop, so I picked up the shader).
