No. Ive had them drop on my 300+ light character that doesnt have the 3rd subclass leveled up since the launch of ttk. Its still not leveled up and they have continued to drop, i had 3 drop in last weeks nightfall alone on this char and they drop in the raid sometimes as well. I dont get them dropping at all on the fully leveled subclasses 300+ light char though. I cant tell you why the unleveled subclass has them drop and the fully leveled one doesnt. Thats a question for bungie to answer. The subclasses not being fully leveled though are the only difference betwee the two though. You seem like you're taking what im saying and attacking you for it, im not. You asked the opinion of the people on the forums about this, i gave mine and now you're being argumentative about it. Why ask for opinions from people and then be ab ass hole to them when they give you what you asked for? I see where you mentioned after the patch in your op. But you failed to mention the point that people have been having them drop since the launch of ttk and probably didnt notice a difference like you did because they have been dropping for them for a long time now, not just since the patch.
