I see so many people posting the same issues with Trials. Namely the lag switching and DoS/DDoS attacks. I haven't been able to get through more than ONE single passage coin ever in Trials without being booted from PSN, PS4, and having my router and home network shut down for 10-15 minutes. I don't know why, then, the burden is on us players to put together a convincing packet of information on the cheaters in hopes there *may* be some corrective action for these jerks. In May/June, Bungie talked about bans, actually doing something about this... but it's back and worse than ever. I would like to hear from Bungie what, if any, steps are being taken to remove these cheaters from the game. Hardware updates? Reviewing the match history for people who are always *lucky* enough to be in games where they're always 3v2 or 3v1? Actually removing folks from all PvP that get caught? Maybe moving away from P2P technology? Something other than posting how many people made it to the lighthouse.... pretty sure your cheat list starts with a fair number of those folks. I'd be happier with a breakdown of how many people got banned this trials run, since a good majority of us in Trials see cheating more often than not during a passage. I have personally brought a half a dozen people into Destiny, and all of them stopped playing after this Trials. Getting your router bombarded, and kicked from your own hardware is a far less desirable option than the multitude of other FPS's that are coming out in the near future. Everyone wants an update. We want strict bans. We want a plan on what Bungie is going to do to fix this.We want an update on the ongoing plan to curb this BEFORE it gets out of control. Sorry for ranting.
