Its pay to win... In warzone Oh boy Warzone matters so much Lol not trying to be a dick. But I am saying if people are dropping $$$ on these req packs, they are wasting money. A) These drops (besides customization) only apply to warzone. B) It takes about an hour-hour and a half to get a gold pack. Without RP boosts. I've managed to snag one in about 45 minutes with RP boosts

Meanwhile people freak out about paying for emotes which is still better than buying req packs. Fact of the matter is its more pay to win than destiny [b]period[/b]. Prove me wrong that emotes are more beneficial than req packs.

Emotes = Must pay Gold packs = play for an hour to get it OR pay $3 That's why nobody cares. If you pay for packs, you're just lazy. And you actually lose skill due to less practice. Therefore halo is almost PayToLose. Lol, I know that statement is a bit skewed, but essentially right if you think about it. But warzone just doesn't matter in the slightest, so idc if people spend their entire life savings on this game. Zero advantage over me [i][b]in arena.[/b][/i] But yes, you are correct. They [i]may[/i] have an advantage over me in warzone. But I still got some nice guns, so we'll see.

Didn't quite see it that way. Fair enough. My point is that req packs still give you an advantage like getting a mantis card. So even if you can still get them via gameplay they can be bought so they way [b]i[/b] see it is its closer to pay to win than emotes... and people have raised a shit storm over paying for emotes. To me war zone matters because it's considered end game content by the fact that once the campaign is done war zone are arena are what you do. Of the two war zone is the new feature that was also a main selling point.

But halo 5 isn't pay to win? The only things you get are req packs. Which only give you aesthetics. Lvl boosts (which don't affect gameplay) and things for warzone, which are things you can just as easily obtain just by playing, or don't go into warzone to avoid it. Someone can spawn rockets all they want to kill the AI bosses, I'm still gonna 4 shot BR them
