Buff Fabian strategy and Ace of Spades or nerf Tlaloc
I never played against a warlock with it until recently, and it was amazing. You couldn't win if you were both landing precision shots no matter what; worthy of exotic status.
Ace of Spades is a good hand cannon, nothing more.
Fabian strategy should be as better than Tlaloc at close range, but its perk doesn't do shit. If the perk that increased fire rate worked I would love it and it would be great.

Tlaloc is only really amazing on Self-rez sunsingers. They usually hold onto their supers until the revive so it is kinda best suited to them. That's about the only time. That being said, none of these feel good enough to be labeled as Exotic. I honestly wish it had been the other way around on this, where the specials were exotic and primaries were legendary. I mean the perks on the specials are just so much more powerful. Tried out the Armor of Light Shotgun in crucible and I was nigh unstoppable. The warlock fusion rifle is great because it matches your subclass pretty much, which makes it great for dealing with any type of enemy. The Hunter sniper gives you enhanced radar so you can select another perk with Nightstalker or keep it through out other subclasses which basically makes it into a legendary knucklehead with a better version of the perk.

I really like the idea of the Fabian strategy. It would be a beautiful weapon of destruction if it got a patch.

The hunters sniper beats the warlocks fusion, by a lot. Also, using the Tlaloc requires you to horde your super, other wise it's just an underwhelming hung jury.

OP is right, the others need a buff. Holding onto your super as a warlock isn't really a tradeoff. Voidwalker gets 1/2 kills [i]most[/i] of the time with a NB so holding onto it won't set you back that much. You shouldn't really run self res with this gun since you shouldn't be dying anyway and it'll just result in you losing your super. zif you have good gun game you can easily make up for the number of kills you'd get with this gun.

4 RespuestasPeople trade a super for the gun to be good. Tlaloc is a warlock only weapon, so no mass influx of one specific weapon, like thorn was. Super is charged maybe twice, or three times in a game, so the gun becomes valuable much later in the game. Plus, guns like red death and hawksaw are still a counter to the weapon, so your point on the Tlaloc nerf is invalid. As for the other 2 weapons, Fabian Strategy needs a major perk fix, but Ace of Spades is a balanced weapon and really doesnt need to be "buffed."

Here are my ideas: Ace of Spades perk Macerick now provides a free round on precision kills (not from your reserves) and grants a chance to fully refill the mag for free, also on precision kills. Fabian Strategy perk increased to 25% fire rate increase and now has an indicator for when it is active.

Fabians perk should buff the RoF to true bullethose status, like Nechrocasm RoF would be amazing. Would melt people at close range, which is what an auto is supposed to do.

It's by far one of the best ones out there but it's not really fair that warlocks get such a powerful weapon and hunters/Titans get subpar ones. But then again when bungie sees that they nerf everything else . "People complained about the snipers, nerf the black hammer and icebreaker"

If Ace of Spades could carry double the ammo in reserve that it currently has it would be leaps and bounds better than what it is now with no changes to anything else.
