Holy balls. This post is proof that bungie literally cannot do ANYTHING without someone finding a way to bitch about it.

No, but your post is proof that one cannot criticize Bungie (even about legitimate issues) without someone bitching about it.
-
Actually, they're both proof that people like to bitch.
-
Is this even the slightest bit legitimate

Would you feel the same way if you spent 20$ and couldn't get an item that several other people have gotten for free?
-
Do you know the difference between gambling and game RNG? It's the same thing.. The one just involves you paying money to have a better chance of getting a RNG. Pay money, take a chance = gambling. Stop crying because you lost. Get you gear, head to exclusion zone and FARM sweets and turn in by the vendor. You're lazy and want to take short cuts by buying your way to it and didn't get lucky and now you moan about the system in place? Weak dude!

I haven't and won't pay a single red cent to acquire the skull mask because it is gambling. That being said, I bought destiny to be a video game. I expect to face random chance, but when you have to pay for that random chance, that's when it becomes gambling and no longer the same as a video game.

They added an optional add-on cosmetic product AFTER the original game that you paid for was released. Said add-on has NO influence on your actual in game progress. It's an ADD ON for cosmetic purpose that you totally don't need for anything. Yet, a person takes a chance to get this item by paying money to gamble on getting it... In no way what so ever is this what you paid for. It's an add on that is separate, non-impact, and free of choice. So don't bunch it with what you paid for. You got the game you paid for. This is separate and not required.

No shit Sherlock. The argument here is that anything you buy with real cash (whether cosmetic or -blam!-ing year 6 gjallarahorns, the price should be consistent for everyone, and if one person has to pay, so should everyone
-
-blam!-ing idiot
-
No, because it's clear what I'm paying for.
-
A cosmetic item.............
-
So you still think it's fair to make someone pay more for something than someone else?
-
Forced? You're forced to have a skull mask? Shit I was under the impression it totally meant nothing other than fun. I better go buy some silver. I hadn't put any money into and don't have the skull mask, here I thought it didn't matter. Thank god I found out before it was too late
-
Yes. If you want the skull mask but don't get it for free, you must purchase it.
