So recently I've been having a lot if xbox one issues now it won't read my Destiny game disk,
Now here's where my problem with bungie comes in.
It's impossible to buy JUST destiny from marketplace.
Instead I'm expected to buy taken king a second time (and all the other DLC a third time)
I bought Destiny originally at launch (pre ordered ) and pre ordered taken king physical collectors edition...I've spent damn well enough on this game and cannot justify spending another 60+ I'm just overall really disappointed and probably going to have to give up on one of my favorite games now.

11 RespuestasEditado por Spawn: 10/25/2015 3:16:36 AMHi there, As you've already mentioned, yes, players are not able to purchase the Digital (Vanilla Launch 2014) version of Destiny. It's been removed over 5 months ago. Sounds like you may have some hardware issues going on with your console if it's unable to read physical discs. I would suggest contacting Xbox Support to look into that for you. http://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us As for Destiny and their purchases, all information about current offerings can be found on Bungie's site: https://www.destinythegame.com/taken-king/wheretobuy For your situation, if your console is not able to read discs, I would suggest purchasing the Digital Collectors Edition of TTK to get all the content available thus fur under a digital license. Bungie is not able to assist with console hardware, you'll need to get support from the manufacturer for that.

1 RespuestaMy Xbox console as well has problems reading discs. I find that leaving the main menu and going into settings for a minute than putting the game disc in works surprisingly well. I chatted with someone from Xbox and they were no help unfortunately

But i can't get access to any of the dlc content. I have tried contacting Playstation Live support team, but they literally just dump me. The give ma a bunch of procedures, which none of them works. And when i tell them, they just say that i need to contact Bungie, and bye bye. . . It's so frustrating, because i really wanna enjoy the game. I am not positive about spending another 60+, so i might also need to give up the game

4 RespuestasSince out of warranty you could probably try to replace the drive yourself. Or you can look up shops that do repairs.

4 RespuestasHave you tried purchasing Destiny from your local store? They may sell the game without the DLC.

1 RespuestaTalk to Microsoft they maybe able to help. If not, talk to activision. I know one buddy who was able to get a new disk.

1 RespuestaDid you try going to game stop to refurb your disk or buying a used copy for around 20 bucks.

4 RespuestasDid you download the dashboard preview? One of the issues is with certain games not working properly, Destiny being one of them.
