Here's the scenario:
One guy joins you team for kings fall. He's 305 light and has no mic. He sends you a message saying that he's completed Every part but oryx because he can't find a team. He's got good raid gear and most of the fire team is saying to kick him. Do you kick him or let him stay?

4 RespuestasIf he doesn't know the oryx fight at all then he gets the boot, if he knows it he can stay

I swear some of the people on these forums are so damn stupid..
-
7 RespuestasMakes no sense Question is: do you kick him or let him stay? Answers are: yes or no
-
I don't care to raid with people with no communication abilities.
-
2 RespuestasIf he has 305 he clearly knows what he's doing
-
If you're on ps4, you should have a mic. The console comes with one
-
Let him stay. He can be floater. No need to speak. So long as they can hear and know what they are doing who cares? If you have to wipe multiple times because he/she alone keeps screwing something up somehow, then boot them. This raid is fairly easy. The hardest part is the dammed glitches. Last night the relic (whatever) wouldn't let our runner (or me, I checked it) pick it up. We even went to orbit and changed fireteam leaders. Not sure what the deal was. It was the first time I'd ever seen that happen.

How do I answer an either/or question with a yes or no option? Do I assume yes means kick him? Or does yes meam let him stay? Yes or no?
-
I completed my first kings fall and only half the team had mics. Everyone having a Mic makes it easier but if you have someone who can lead a team well then not everyone needs a mic

3 RespuestasEditado por ArticularAlloy: 10/22/2015 11:30:53 PMNope. This game is a never ending grind. It's not to be a jerk, I just want to get it done asap. Simple as that. He's gotta go.

Let him stay
-
I'll let him stay and if we have to wipe because he didn't listen once I'll kick him and replace him.
-
Let him stay
-
2 RespuestasI kick because they're lying. Ps4 comes with mic, I believe you can even use cell earbuds with mic for crying out loud.
-
3 RespuestasSorry, but Oryx's checkpoint requires communication. I would understand if the random had completed it at least once, but going in blind with no communication has a very, VERY low chance of completion.
-
As long as he can hear us and isn't a detriment to the group, I'd take him anywhere
-
U don't need a mic to do a raid
-
Matters how much time I have... If he explained that he's been looking for a team and been trying his best to complete oryx than I would be more sympathetic..
-
Why not just gone him a chance? If he keeps stuffing up then give him the boot.
-
I would let him stay. But if we have to wipe a few times because he keeps messing up, he would get the boot.
-
There isn't even a kick emote...
I punch him.
-
1 Respuestachances are he has a mic but is a kid and knows he'll be kicked when he squeaks
-
Everyone was new once.
-
Did the raid up till the sisters with a guy who couldn't hear or say anything in party chat since his connection was messed up. Probably would've finished the sisters too but he started tethering his system to his cell phone haha.
-
As long as he can here you explain the fight then he doesn't need a mic.
-
No because I was in that exact same scenario... My team explained what to do and I did it. Its that simple.
