The life exotic perk
So after getting my titan dead orbit exotic mark. It has me wondering. The life exotic perk that allows you to equip the exotic mark and another piece of armor, would this be good to have on future exotic armor pieces? Now I'm not saying that at any point should we be allowed to equip a full set of exotic armor, but maybe being allowed.to have say a exotic helmet and also a exotic legs or arms or chest or whatever at the same time would be kinda cool.
And to obtain said perk would require some really hard task to be completed in order to make it a really worthwhile reward. Like completing the raid on HM with rainbow burn activated or something else crazy. Would be a real challenge and the reward would be totally worth it to equip two exotic armor pieces. Imagine running helm of saint 14 with no back up plans. Or obsidian mind with voidfang vestments. You get the idea.

I be happy with the whole armor set of Saint-14... You know a set of legendary armor that just matches the exotic piece in style.

A exotic armor set purely for collecting and has no specific use. Just normal perks like on other armor pieces but looks absolutely amazing and you need all 4 pieces to be able to equip via a new button that equips all 4 simultaneously. You get a free shader and primary gun to match the armor set as well. Call it the Golden Age armor set.

2 RespuestasMaybe as a reward for the HM Rainbow burn raid, you would get a special consumable called Charm of Elders where it would apply the Life Exotic perk to any piece of armor you want. But you can only get it once. And the perk can only be active on one piece of armor.

This would be awesome for 'set items'. Exotics that are a little better than legendaries on their own, but have a great synergy with each other when equipped together. Nothing game breaking though, people would get upset I bet. Maybe something like boots that let your bubble follow you around (defender titan) and gloves that grant the orbs generated when your bubble is hit. Is that too OP?

There are a few Exotics that I feel that need this perk to become viable. All Boots should probably have this since I feel like non of them provide enough of a boots to make them worthwhile There are also a few glove I feel are the same way ( looking at your sunbreakers) Also I feel like you could do this for the class specific exotic weapons too.( since all of them are average and are mostly workhorse weapons. Outside of that I feel like its a bad idea.
