1 RespuestaI remember the amount of hype I felt when they announced Halo 4 for the first time... I was like- 'WHAT THE ACTUAL F***!!!" The closer the release date came the more I wanted to stick my fingers into that game, and I think we all know how that turned out... the question isn't if whether or not Halo 5 will be great-[i] I think we all can agree that it will definitely be awesome![/i] The real question is if it will be something we can sink hundreds if not thousands of hours into... and while I'm confident it will grab you from the very start, I want to know if it will still grab on to me towards the end. I had that relationship with Reach the last 5 years that game has been out, more or less for the same reasons... and from the sound of it seems like Halo 5 will be doing the same thing. Bungie has been doing a better job with creating more reasonable expectations with their game and it's content... before release it was all rainbows and ecstasy, but now it looks as if they have successfully pulled their heads off their ass (at least the marketing team) and are actually wanting to make a better game and bring it to a better place. I still like the idea of Destiny more than Halo 5 overall... I think Halo 5 will definitely be more self contained, but in this part of the Halo cycle it seems as if they are taking a substantial risk with their story. It's new and interesting, but I'm not entirely sure if it will be accepted in my gaming palette.

5 RespuestasHalo hasn't been relevant since Reach came out. The population will die off after a week like it has since 4. Wouldn't surprise me to see a bunch of bugs just like MCC had as well. 343's track record is extremely sketchy.

3 RespuestasHalo has not been great since Reach. That being said, I will be playing 5 simply because I've played all others. I have no doubt that it will turn out like 4. I'll play for a couple of weeks (if that) and move on.

12 RespuestasNope im good, halo died to me a long time ago. I just love how the biggest marketing tool they are using right now is for LEGO. Lets recap, Rating dropped from M to T, Violence dumbed down big time, big lego campaign outside the game, an enormous amount of micro-transactions, borrowing from COD and Destiny, shaky MP launches in the past and aiming towards a younger demographic. Have fun!

Oh god yes halo...arby and the chief! Blue team! Locke is okay I guess I have a feeling 343 will flesh him out. The beta was amazing I could actually strafe and tell there was a skill gap.
