Helioskrill armor was confirmed to be in Req packs (though it will be super rare to get) by Josh Holmes on Twitter a few days ago. https://mobile.twitter.com/JoshingtonState/status/651986464062832640?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw How do you guys feel about that? For those of you that don't know what Helioskrill armor is...you have to get the Legend achievement in the MCC (beat all 4 Campaigns on Legendary) than you get this bad ass looking armor that resembles the Arbiter for Halo 5.
