Halo 5 Helioskrill Armor confirmed to be in Req Packs
Helioskrill armor was confirmed to be in Req packs (though it will be super rare to get) by Josh Holmes on Twitter a few days ago.

How do you guys feel about that?
For those of you that don't know what Helioskrill armor is...you have to get the Legend achievement in the MCC (beat all 4 Campaigns on Legendary) than you get this bad ass looking armor that resembles the Arbiter for Halo 5.

I am fine with it. They are stopping the flow of exclusive in-game content for paying more money and instead giving you tangible items and early access to the in-game items. This is a business practice others should follow.

Honestly it's probably going to be rarer getting it from a pack than through Legendary. Even if it's slightly more meaningful when done that way.

You know of there is one thing to complain about, is that they please distinguished those that played halo solo. Like, can I have a skin for beating all solo, separate from the group ones? And an even better one if it's all halos legendary solo? I feel like I waste solo efforts just because anyone can get the same in a group of 4

There are more important things for people to worry about than whether or not their armor is super speshul. The armor's not going to be very rare if all it takes is beating the Halos on Legendary, either.

Currently doing the campaigns on legendary with a mate. I'm not fussed about it being in REQ packs as its rare and I thnki everyone should be able to get it if not through MCC then through packs. Share the love .

I'm fine with it. People had always complained about locked content, pre order exclusives and so on, so now they cannot complain.

I worked so hard to earn helioskrill and tbh I'm probably going to be wearing some of the other new armor more often..

I think it's alright. It's cosmetic. People need to get over it. Aren't the req packages like call of duty? So you might not ever get it anyway?

On one hand, I'm happy I can get it without putting in torturous hours in Legendary... On the other, this lessens the satisfaction of getting the armor genuinely.

Helioskrill should have just stayed exclusive to anyone who completed Halo CE-4 on legendary. Yeah, getting it through req packs will be hard, but the armor just won't be as valuable.

I didn't or haven't beat the campaigns on legendary yet. But if the drops are really rare then I think it's a bit fair.
