because the cocoon perk would just be way too useful if you could run 2 general use weapons at one time. its less "powerful" when you have to switch to situation weapons like shotgun sniper or a horribly inaccurate fusion.
I want a raid sidearm so bad just for that reason.

yea but its more about the primaries. which the raid ones have slow reloads. I'm talkin about your full auto scout is out of ammo you switch to a sidearm that is almost useable as a promary weapon in its self. decent range rate of fire ttk, they are really good guns. when its empty you switch back and your back with your scout or pulse or autorifle. not reloading anything, just a constant fireing. the fusion is so in accurate its not a good weapon to use. the shot gun needs to be up close. I dont have the sniper but they are not the best at normal fighting ranges and are empty to fast for the cocoon perk to kick in.
