How could your friend know about a psion vendor when forge of gods (the last dlc, also cabal themed) isn't arriving till summer next year?

Well i do because then youtubers make tons of videos that further make theories. Normally these theories are actually just what they WANT next, but make it out to be a theory. Not one person has confirmed this. Just another clickbait troll who failed and made himself look stupid..

Besides, the Psions ARE slaves to the Cabal, or at least a Client race. Bungie has mentioned this enough for it to be factually true at this point. You are true about how theories are what the theorist usually wants to happen, though.
