THIS IS ABOUT PVP, I GET THAT ITS GOOD IN PVE I am just going to put this out there Tlaloc sucks guys. TLDR: It's less good than Mida was before 2.0, and mida now. Mida was never T1 (might be now) therefore the gun is a solid T2 gun. Comparative to other [u]Y2[/u] scouts it's probably the best pvp scout, equal to Hung Jury with good rolls. However my main issue is that it pales in comparison to Mida. It relys on having a super to be worse Mida, stat wise, it is only worse than my Suros Dis. In pvp it is clearly meant to be a Mida archetype, but the gun is far worse than the mida. The Mida gives speed bonus and hair trigger at all times, and Tlaloc only has equal fire rate and handling with your super. Even then it doesnt handle nearly as well. I was super hyped for this gun, but it let me down. It's not complete garbage, and does do well in pvp. It does 61 damage headshots and Mida does 55, so it still takes 4 headshots for a kill, but Mida does it faster, and lets you strafe better. You can get a 2 headshot 2 bodyshot kill with Tlaloc, but 4 headhsots in a row with Mida is so easy though, because Mida has High Cal rounds with super high stagger as a hidden perk Many sad.
