Using my 310 to get a 308 1000-Yard Stare, buying a second to boost my shotgun and keeping the third.

Is the blueprint version not going to drop to 280? I think its going to be a blanket nerf aka -20 on the black spindle no matter what level it says, i used a bunch of 300s to infuse weapons but i kept my 310 to have it at 290. will use my 300 sidearm to bring it up to 297 and then another of my infused to bring it back to 300
