Under certain circumstances, fusion rifle pieces will be collected. They are called DVALIN-RAS<xxxx>-FR<nnn>. FR<nnn> is the number of the piece. RAS is Rasputin's self reporting signature. Dvalin is a Norse legend. His name means "the one who slumbered." He is most known for introducing runes to the Dwarves (Dwarf is derived from Dvalin). He is also a smith of new, powerful weapons. Banshee is a smith of powerful weapons. However, most of his weapons existed before him. He replicates powerful weapons, but it is he whom we have to thank for such weapons. He simulates the invention of such weapons by reinventing them. Banshee makes old weapons. Dvalin makes new weapons. Sleeper Simulant, as a name, is a reference to Dvalin and Banshee: Banshee simulates Dvalin. Sleeper Simulant, as a gun, is a reference to Rasputin: the description (source:instagram release) includes the phrase MIDNIGHT EXIGENT, Rasputin's current strategic process. Keep this in mind as you search for the weapon.
