That much I already knew, but the issue with that is they're really aggressive when they can't just run away, so they're a hassle either way. Would be really helpful against Taken captains though because they teleport WAY TOO MUCH.

Ugh, seriously. And they spam that blinding Kamehameha wave entirely too damn much. I haven't actually tried suppressions on taken enemies yet, ran through TTK on my hunter first. Now that I think about it, it may actually shut down a lot of Taken abilities. Thrall teleport spam, Goblin shields, wizard shadow thralls. If it works against those, I want it even more.

I'm running Hunter too, but the Super has suppression by default, so you can shut down an entire group of Taken instantly with it.
-
Yeah, but that's on a ~5 minute cooldown, and you want to save that for larger groups, or high value targets. The grenades for the nightstalker are so bad that (for the first time) I find myself pouring points into strength because it's a better grenade than their actual grenades.

I feel like it depends more on the situation when you should use the super especially if you're playing with people since they're producing orbs, though I actually save mine for the duration of most missions only using it once or twice maximum, so I can understand that logic. I think the grenades are great. I've always loved the vortex and the spike, and I really love that void wall.

Editado por superbustamove: 9/17/2015 5:43:15 PMVoid wall is more of a frustration to me, because you have to be at a perpendicular angle to what you're trying to hit, which isn't the case more often than not, and putting yourself in that position may do more harm than good. It's an interesting idea in theory, but in practice it's just too much of a hassle to try and make much use of it. You'd be better off with a vortex grenade in almost every situation. Edit: That came off a bit more "I'm right, you're wrong!" than I meant it to be. Let the records show that the above is my experience with them, and YMMV.

I have to disagree. It functions perfectly fine. Because of the way it spreads, I only use it when the setup is right, but that pretty much applies to any grenade that affects an area. The Vortex was weird for me to go back to because I was so used to this super horizontal grenade that covered a larger area. I think they're all good, and I have no particular issues with the void wall.
