There is a huge problem incoming on the 15th. Since you need CE + HoW to play TTK, psn is not letting those account without DLC 1+2 recognize TTK if you bought on another account on your PS4. I.E.: I share my ps4 with my brother and he bought DLC 1+2 and TTK on his account. He received the suros pre order bonuses and destiny recognizes he has TTK (hover the cursor over TTK icon at orbit). On my account I could play DLC 1+2 normally and still can, but it is not recognizing TTK (icon at orbit says "requires purchase") and I didn't receive suros pack. I talked to sony support and they said that psn is checking the licenses for DLC 1+2 for your account when the game is launched, because of this, I have to buy DLC 1+2 on my account to access TTK. Keep in mind this is not a digital purchase problem only. Since physical editions are just disk + codes for all 3 DLCs, the same problem will happen on accounts that don't receive the code. TL;DR: You have to buy DLC 1+2 + TTK on every account
