Agreed. Here is my old hopscotch which had smallbore. If you don't have braced frame you may as well use the messenger.

Right I have outlaw and glass half full. If I'm towards the end of a clip on a spree I can kill with body and head shot. I typically don't miss the head though with braced frame lol

Glass 1/2 full is only a 6% boost. Reactive reload is a 33% boost.
