It'll still be the best three shot HC around imo. WoC is pretty close...or a Fulcrum/Red Hand with a good roll. But DoT is still a very good bonus.

As an Xbox player I've yet to know the legend called Hawkmoon.

Hawkmoon is based on luck. Too slow.

With the major hand cannon nerf? I don't see how anyone would be willing to use a hand cannon once the patch drops.
