All exotics should have a bounty like Thorn
As the title says. If all exotics had a bounty and not rely on drops or Xur, they would then be "earned" as everyone complains isn't the way most people got theirs. This should apply to all exotics and not just weapons. If you're not good enough, or too lazy to do the bounty, then you can't complain about not having a specific exotic. Get good, or get off your ass and go get it. Exotics should be a bit OP compared to other guns, so they deserve more work to obtain.
