I believe this is not fair because we are entitled to freedom if religion. You are removing that right if you keep us from practicing our religion by forcing us to go against what we believe in. So far I have not seen any Muslim get rejected from anything, and they also are against homosexuality.
WE should have a right to say no. If we do, find someone else who is willing to do it instead of making someine else lose their job.

It's a little thing called "Separation of Church and State". Religion has no say in government proceedings.

it is actually perfectly fair, a judge is sworn to uphold the law so being that gay marriage is legal it must be upheld no matter the individuals personal belife's. also no one says you can't be against it in your personal life, meaning when you are not at work. but when you are in an official capacity you must uphold the law
