It first shows up at reclaimer but you can not unlock it yet. (like how other armor shows up to give you a taste of what you can get at a higher level). 2. False, way to copy what youtube says. You need all base helmets and attachments. You do NOT need waypoint helmets etc. You don't buy it for 1 cr, once you have all helmets and attachments it automatically gets unlocked. 3. True, once you get it, its yours. You can wear it forever unless you get reset. It says Happy Friggin Halloween because no one was supposedly suppose to reach Inheritor before a year. It was a nice little piece of gear for the few that might have had the highest rank around Halloween. Hence why its a "Haunted" helmet. The only requirement that matters is Inheritor because you can achieve 100% armory completion around half way through eclipse. So you will have all helmets and attachments well before you get to inheritor. [/quote] Op should update his post.
