Play it for the etheric light, and armor & weapon cores. If you get an elder cipher or better yet a random primary with random element damage, then cool it's bonus. Some of my friends expect guns and get pissed when they don't, then complain about trials of Osiris. I like skolas because its the rewards of 32 & 34 combined plus a shot at a gun.
