It would be called the Time Eater. Super: Time Consume, what it would do: Devour time to stop it in an area of around the size of the Ward of Dawn for 7 seconds allowing you to kill enemies or escape them Grenades Time Barrier grenade create a wall in which enemies are slowed down for 2 seconds. Deflect grenade: when this grenade is attached to an enemy it sends them flying back a couple yards Speed grenade when hit with this grenade your enemy is time speeds up. Melee: Time stop when hit your enemy cannot move or turn but can still shoot for a half of a second. Yes I know its a stupid idea but whatever.
