4th subclass idea for warlock.
It would be called the Time Eater.
Super: Time Consume, what it would do: Devour time to stop it in an area of around the size of the Ward of Dawn for 7 seconds allowing you to kill enemies or escape them
Grenades Time Barrier grenade create a wall in which enemies are slowed down for 2 seconds. Deflect grenade: when this grenade is attached to an enemy it sends them flying back a couple yards Speed grenade when hit with this grenade your enemy is time speeds up.
Melee: Time stop when hit your enemy cannot move or turn but can still shoot for a half of a second.
Yes I know its a stupid idea but whatever.

Go for kinetic gravity effect, equal damage to all shields. Think of a white nova bomb whose effect changes based on the perk, create a balck hole that gathers enmys on one spot then implodes. Gravity affects time slowering targets and movement speed in the area while speeding up your own abilities, regeneration, movement speed and charge rates while within that field. Give them taken thrall dodge techinque. Grenades create stasis fields, increase elemental dmage on targets fpr short time. Oooo u can do a taken fourth subclass.

whatever the 4th subclass (if they make one), all 3 classes will have it, since all 3 elements are available now

Why not a new class entirely? Maybe something like...... a gear, onyx guard subclass, who's super is the equivalent of calling in a strike from a Hammer of Dawn command center? And has active reload and d.b.n.o. abilities.
