Legendaries 3 shot crit. Thorn will 2 crit + body. Or maybe 1crit 2 body. Some legendaries can 2 crit with perks. Exotics > legendaries. So the currently planned nerf seems about right

Think some max armor build will survive 3 without ram. Seen it happen before. Is usually a Titan and occasionally a warlock. But with no theater mode hard to tell if they did a regen action or not.
