Ok let's think about reasonable ways to obtain the gun. -It wouldn't be tied to one of the queens bounties as they are getting phased out. -If it was tied to a queens wrath event it would be an unattainable exotic after the event. -It could be tied to a boss and would be the third exotic to be. -an exotic bounty could be an optimal way of obtaining it considering that seems to be the way bungie is pushing exotics now. -If they reintroduced queens wrath each month they could tie it to a bounty and it would add a reason to play destiny while we wait for the taken King. -it wouldn't make sense to make it an RNG drop all the sudden. Just food for thought.
