Clown cartridge perk should take from your reserves. Triple tap perk should take from your reserves. Grave robber perk should take from your reserves (almost forgot that one) Secret round perk should take from your reserves. Performance bonus perk takes rounds from your magazine and adds them to your reserves. Shoot to loot takes that much ammo from your reserves and adds it to your magazine. Mulligan perk takes from your reserves if it ever procs. Invective's charge time should be tripled. Super Good Advice perk should take from your reserves. No backpack should take from reserves, causing icebreaker to divide by zero and instantly crash your console. Surely I'm forgetting something but man let me tell you if your ammo accounting is pulling ammo from nowhere it should be taken from your reserves. Sound stupid? Good. It's supposed to. Lower the impact of black hammer. Make it so it can't stun lock bosses. Keep the perk that makes it useful. Stop making lame bullet sponge giants in circle rooms where long range pot shots can take them down.
