Nah, bad idea. Now you're screwing people without elemental primaries. And what makes you think the Thorn or other exotics without burns won't still be relevant? Thorn chews up shields. You do realize people may have 3 Matadors or Felwinters or Party Crashers, each with a different burn, right? Same with Spears, LDR's, etc.. People with multiple choices of top end eeapons would actually have even more of an advantage.
