Hey guys, question's in the title. I've been having a really hard time finding these weapons and I would really appreciate some feedback on where you're most likely to find them. Thanks in advance. I think I'll give the ROC strikes a shot and focus on re-rolling my Her Benevolence in the meantime. You guys really helped a lot!
