Answer their questions honestly, show your interest, and ask questions that show you are eager to learn as much as you can from them and your co-workers. Keep your answers and questions brief, don't ramble or go off-topic. Stay positive, and give them a reason to imagine you behind the counter and that you can add value to their team.
