Should I reforge my weapon?
Hey guys, just had a quick question and I'd appreciate the help. So I have a good legendary pistol but the perks are kinda...meh...so I was thinking about reforging. I'm not quite sure how this works though. If I reforge are the perks guaranteed to be better, or is it random? Also does the damage for the weapon changes at all? (For the better or worse). Thanks in advance for the help!

Reforging is completely random, damage won't change.
