This is not a Christian nation, hell our founding fathers aren't even Christians, they're deists. Separation of church and state. Even if this was a Christian nation, church doesn't control the gov or vice versa. This ruling does not affect religious marriages, only civil unions, the government version of marriage. And finally, love is love. Gay people didn't choose to be gay. Why would anyone choose to be part of a minority that is hated by so many? And It's completely natural. Over 450 species have exhibited homosexual tendencies.
