Hey everyone I have some time and thought I'd offer my knowledge to anyone with questions.
I am currently in College studying to become a Physical Therapist. In a little less than two years I hope to be accepted to a PT school and eventually graduate, becoming a Doctor of Physical Therapy.

AAS Health Fitness Specialist
AAS of the arts ( psychology )

I have also taken multiple classes in sociology resulting in:
Certificate in Interpersonal Communication.
Certificate in Presentational Communication.
Other areas of Study:
Multiple Nutrition oriented classes.

Contrary to popular young dumb belief, being in school for something doesn't make you a subject matter expert on that thing. Graduate with an actual degree, get 10 years of real-world experience, and then you can do this post.

I'm doing lightly weighted calf raises (about 40 pounds) and body-weight squat jumps with some 75 lb. explosive squats in between. Does that sound good? Also, for gaining explosiveness, should I do less weight, more reps while retaining explosiveness or do more weight and less reps?
