ok I give up, you win. No more ToO
So week 3 of ToO and highest I got is 5 wins. Yes Im not that good and I try to but just cant "git good". Yes I played since day one, yes I do PvE and I'll do IB, but this is to much for me. I realized that ToO is not for everyone. Ill stick to PvE and IB. So congrats to you guys that went To the Lighthouse and that go flawless so many times. I just don't know how you guys do it, but more power to you. May Rngesus be with you.
PS: even though I know im not that good. I never backed out of the fight. Thats for all that got banned for backing out. I know ill prob lose but i still have my dignity.
* and yes I did get reckt, but ill tell you what You & Me fireteam, we do some patrols on the Moon.. man I'll out patrol you so hard you will rage quit. And yes I have done many flawless patrols, so be aware.
*** No complaining from me, not mad , upset or anything like that. Not mad at Bungie. I did enjoyed the ToO
in the little time that I have played it. But man oh man there are guys there that move fast, kill fast and win fast.

There has to be skill disparity in a healthy system- but also a ELO/MM system that gives people a chance to put up a fight. Without a reasonable chance of claiming the rewards peope will just stop queueing. Since I don't have any trust in Bungie fixing their system (I can't believe they went from the best MM system ever made, Halo 2, to "this") I'd say a reasonable compromise would be to allow people to buy the "next win counts as two" and "next loss does not count" buffs as many times as they wanted to during a passage. This would be accompanied by a significant increase of passage coin drops in Crucible or by lowering the buff costs to 1 passage coin.

Don't give up, I feel the same way. But each week I will try, maybe one day we can get to the Lighthouse. I rock hard @ Patrols ;)

5 isnt bad. Too much is put onto 9-0. 5 still gets you some rewards and if you keep trying mayeb you can move up those rewards lists.

All my friends have their own teams for trials. Getting five wins would do me fine those helms look incredible. Maybe one day ill get a team for trials

I've been to the lighthouse twice now. All you need is a good team with a good strategy.

i got to the lighthouse. All u need is a little practice and to sort out what callouts ur going to use as it can save lifes. I would never dare to try and out-patrol u man. Flawless patrols should give an emblem. :D good luck and keep at it!

2 RespuestasDude, all I can say is I'm sort of with you. My best run is six, but got my arse handed too me this trials, but i refuse to give up and I will be damned if I'm going too quit out like some of those other idiots. So i keep plugging at it. You know the trouble I have is finding a team with the patience to help finding the right spots and tactics. I would say my pvp are average maybe a little below, but hell, i like it. Is that such a crime. So every now and then when you've cremated a team rather than the t bagging and the git gud scrub crap. How about a little appreciation for those of us who stick with it, take defeat with a little honour and just suck it up and try again. If your on ps3 then you'll see my tag, please have a little respect, i will do the same as you kick my arse all round whatever map it is. Oh and by the way, there are some seriously skilled players out there. I have no idea how you do what you do. But at times I stare at my screen bemused as too just where the hell that came from.

1 RespuestaI hear ya bub. I don't consider myself a great player but, I'm not terrible either. I guess trials just isn't my thing. I love banner though. I think I'm just out of my element when it comes to trials. I shine in the objective based game modes. My hats off to those who can do it. There's a lot of excellent players out there.
