My felwinters has field scout and hammer forged. I can spawn with 14 shots and switch to hammer forged. Highest impact and range. Rate of fire doesnt matter if you can aim.
Felwinters will always be #1.
P.S. I have Matador, Judgement, Party Crasher with range upgrades and shot package so I can make a good comparison.

I love FW as well, but ROF does become.important sometimes. If I round a corner into two opponents and we all have shotguns ready, and no one is surprised, my low ROF FW Lie is only going to be able to kill one of them before the other kills me. I tried and tried to roll Full Auto with other good perks but eventually gave up.
