Well... do you want to know why the weekly activities start after HoW goes live?
Ill tell ya anyway.
HoW items are now in the loot table for those activities.
How pissed would you be if you ran all 3 nightfalls before 10am Pacific, then helped a friend through and he got that ecletic light and upgraded his fatebringer to 365? While you kick yourself and cry about getting screwed in the forums.
I say its a good thing. Patience...

HoW weapons were available yesterday in the loot table of the Salvage playlist. Also, regarding the "point" you made I guess, getting screwed over in a nightfall at 6 am EST would annoy me just as much as getting screwed in a Nightfall at 1 pm EST. Delaying the time isn't gonna change a thing. As a community we've had patience. We sat waiting while they took forever on the raid updates and other various fixes, We sat waiting when they (sorta) delayed the original margin that HoW was going to be released, We sat and now the date/reset finally arrives, and what do we still seem to be doing? Sitting. Waiting.

They released the stuff for TDB at 10am, so why does it matter if they release it at this time again? I mean i would rather this released at 10am with everything completely working rather than at reset with some stuff not working

Clearly you weren't there for the release of TDB or can't remember clearly but no, TDB was released at reset time. Not 10 am Pacific. I remember vividly getting up before it was even 10 am EST to download and play it.
