Thorn and TLW need Nerfs.
Anyone who says they aren't OP, or that they don't need to be nerfed obviously are the parasites that run around in cruicible with them. Thorn and TLW both have the ability to 2 shot in the head, and 3 shot in the body. They both can do these from any range, any distance in the map. Buffing AR's will not help, as unless my auto rifle can 2 shot in the head, I will always be beat due to the fact that they shoot RIDICULOUSLY fast along with the ability to kill way too fast. They only gun you can have a chance with in a gun fight is the Vex, a gun you actually had to earn, and even then 4 out of 5 times you're not going to kill. Anybody who's going to say that I'm bad, I suggest looking at my cruicible stats and the guns I use. Bungie your game is unbalanced and truth be told those guns ruin all fun in cruicible.

Thorn may need a nerf with the lingering damage other than that tlw and thorn are fine, you just need to learn how to adapt. BTW I don't use either guns I just don't like scrubs crying nerf when they lose against it

Thorn does need a look at because it has no drawbacks, TLW doesn't.

In the Halo games you could get two shotted with the pistol in the head and die. The big difference is everyone jad the option to equip it ;) This is nothing new in Bungie games.

It's the layers. Not the guns. I have a thorn and get owned in crucible. Should I cry for nerfs? No maybe I should get better.

10 RespuestasMy three little words easily beats either of those guns in pvp. I was even using my hardlight the other day and doing pretty well against tlw and thorn so I really don't see how they are "OP".

I'm the same parasite that runs around crucible with the Thorn, your point is? Maybe if they buffed the Auto Rifles I wouldn't be using Thorn as much.

LoL, sry to say but, there's nothing special with your stats.. Just very little hours dedicated to pvp, wich discredits your post even more. Well, back to topic, i disagree with you. I usually play with TLW, hawkmoon, red death, bad juju and vex. I do very well with all of them. Of course there are top tier pvp weapons, as EVERY FPS ON EARTH do have those. Just because you die to them a lot, doesnt mean they are OP. That being said, just practice crucible some more, you just got started (and i mean it with all due respect). :)

Dont run around with an ar spraying and praying and wonder why u loose. Lw is close range and does well in cqc. U fight them with some range and accuracy and they loose. Mida beats thorn as well, everytime i own a thorn user with mida i tbag them lol. Its my way of saying screw u and ur crutch weapon. Guess what i dont even pvp, i do it occasionally and when i do i own. Last time i think my best was 26 kills.i mainly pve but i pvped to hit crucible rank3 and do the thorn bounty. I cant stand the sights on thorn so i dont even use it.

2 RespuestasDon't worry. Nerfs are coming with this patch or when HoW drops. It won't be for thorn and last word tho. It'll be for handcannons as a whole. You can't really tweak last word or thorn without destroying the weapon.

Sure TLW and thorn are powerfull weapons but they aren't op, And before you start complainig i'm a parasite because I also use TLW, I also use weapons like No Land Beyond and Universal Remote while getting good k/d.
