Balancing the Exotic Handcannons in PvP

I have played this game since Day 1, and I enjoy both PvE and PvP. in the most recent weapon update Bungie put out a new balance patch. In the new patch AR's were nerfed and HC's range was reduced. In my latest adventure in pvp, Almost everyone is using an exotic Handcannon, with the occasional Red Death, and even rarer Multi-tool (the weapon I love to use in pvp). While some might think we should nerf these handcannons we need to look at the whole story. The maps we are playing in 6v6 are designed for these types of weapons. Most of the time players are within the range were handcannons are most effective. with that said i think a few changes can be made toward make crucible more balanced. 1. Thorn: reduce burn damage to a point where it can't 2 headshot all opponents, only low armor players. 2. TLW: fix bug where the hip fire damage sometimes procs while ADS, further reduce effective range and increase damage drop off. 3. hawkmoon: I think this gun is fine. It can only 2 shot if a lucky bullet gets proc'd I would also leave damage on AR's right where it is, but I would increase the crit multiplier from 1.25x to 1.5x. This would reward headshots and make these guns more viable in PvP and PvE.
