I would assume that people who are 32, at least know how to use the Sword on normal, in Crota's End. I would assume that 32's running the Vault of Glass, would know how to use the Relic, at least half-decently. I've joined, and have been joined by, 32's that have been carried through Crota's End Normal and Hard, that don't know how to use the Relic in both raids, that don't know which weapons to use and not to use. People that can't choose the right loadout for the right situation. I just find it really funny, how a lot of people that are 32, don't know the mechanics of the raids, and have been carried through them numerous times.
