My dragons Breath exotic rocket launcher, is either A. JUNK or B. BUGGED/GLITCHED Only direct hits kill. And close proximity hits barely harm. I have encountered this multiple times while attempting to use it, and I do not have this issue with any other rocket launchers I own. On my xbox account I posted a game clip of an example, the latest video I have posted. HAS ANYONE ELSE NOTICED THIS OR HAVE THIS ISSUE?
