I got Ruin Wings (second set) and Thunderlord (didn't have)
I am going to hang onto my second set of wings to try and reroll for better stats from Xur.

Yes let me explain with an example, I got Apha Lupi chest for my Titan with a very low stat roll (intellect started at 65) so Xur had an available upgrade with a great stat roll (intellect started at 151) so I did the upgrade and now have a higher stat roll (technically this is supposed to be for upgrading to 36 light armor but serves for other purposes like this too)

That's not a reroll persay. I know what you're talking about... but I personally would never re upgrade an exotic for the extra 10-15 intellect or discipline or whatever it has. I've had many opportunities but I just dismantle the duplicate

Editado por Decayed_Persona: 4/2/2015 10:00:04 PMUm, it is "re rolling" the stats since it is changing the original rolled stats. Going from 65 to 151 starting intellect is a huge jump, I had max glimmer and extra shards so it was fully worth it to me.

Um, ok.... I got a drop of the chest from nightfall and it had a ridiculously low 65 intellect, so as luck happens it was on Friday and I went to Xur to buy heavy, saw he had an upgrade for it that had a starting stat of 151 intellect, bought the upgrade and now have a much better piece of exotic armor.

I'm assuming if it only had 65 intellect it probably had about the same strength or discipline as well.. but I don't think the Stat options change on exotics... so if you're not lying and not braindead... then good move. I still don't see how bungie would program an exotic chest to have 65 intellect.. but I could be wrong

No secondary stats, I believe it is an intellect only armor piece. Trust me when I say that I am far from brain dead and was about to shard it because of the stats being so low, I have no reason or need to lie about something this trivial. I have not even equipped it yet in game, but I will equip it now just to show stats.

Well shame on bungie then. I was hoping to see the armor with 65 intellect, that just sounds implausable. Then again NLB and Dragons Breath are dropped quite often..

Hell, the second set of Ruin wings that just dropped for me only has a roll of 83 on strength.... I'll equip to show.
