I swear Bungie if you make raids matchmaking I will quit I'm not getting matched with a bunch of noobs who aren't even the right level to play the raid.

Noobs? Well, why not try and help them out in the long run if Destiny ever gets raid matchmaking in the future? Sometimes games need choices; more choices=happy gamers.

I can see why Bungie SHOULD be hesitant to release raid matchmaking, but it's really a good thing. First, you wouldn't be FORCED. You can just start a fireteam and invite friends... Or join one! Second, It's annoying as hell when I can't even "beat" the currently released game because I don't have 5 level 31 or higher friends on who need to do the raid and have the time and are willing to give up when they're halfway through the Nightfall. it would be great if I could just hit Launch and go kicks Crota's ass without so much hassle. Three, they would be the right level on almost all occasions. Notice how if you do Devil's Lair it'll match you with other high levels and not a level 7 doing it for his first time.

You would. Swordbearer should start their own instance by going in solo to fight off glitches. After this, the rest of the raid team joins on the swordbearer. This isn't possible with forced matchmaking. They need to make matchmaking optional for PvE content.

Not if you invite people before clicking Launch. Fireteams can do strikes, as they do raids now.

You dont have to get matchmade. All you have to do is join a group before you start

Why should I need a group to join? We run it with 4 or less people depending on who is on at the time. Shouldn't have to worry about noobs joining mid raid.

Sooo all my homies have xbone and i got the ps4. Having to rely on 3rd party sites to properly play the game is dumb. Not everyone has a huge network of gaming buddies available to them right off the bat. Clans arent right for everyone, there are casual gamers who dont feel comfortable joining a clan or maybe dont have the time to input. Doesnt mean that they should have to resort to a 3rd party site just to play end game raids.
