Let's say I go to work today and put in 9 hours. At the end of the day I make $60. I then take that $60 that I earned and go buy a game. I believe I earned the game I just bought. Now let's say I go to work and put in 9 hours. At the end of the day when I clock out some random guy walks up and just hands me a free game. Did I earn that game? I don't believe so. I just got lucky. Now let's take this to destiny. If I go to work (weekly heroic) and earn strange coins to buy whatever I want with them, then yes I believe I earned whatever I bought. So my point is, if you didn't xurn it, you didn't earn it. It was given to you at random. Another point to make is this is just a game. Who cares how people get what they got. Just enjoy the game. Now bring on the hate!
Edit: I realize that doing a raid/nightfall/weekly/etc. will end up giving you something. Yes you earned whatever you got even if it's random. Mostly this post is to show that you earn things you buy from xur too.

13 RespuestasYour logic is so bad it's hilarious. You're acting as if getting an exotic as a raid drop doesn't count as "working for it". It wasn't handed to me if I got it as a raid drop. I earned it by completing the raid. A raid takes much much much more work, experience and skill to beat than a weekly heroic strike. It took me days of gameplay to finally hit level 32 to kill Crota on Hard, to earn my Red Death. Doing 3 weekly strikes can be done by anybody in minutes.
